All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than an error on our part.
1. Order Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details (such as size, color, design, and personalization) are correct before submitting their order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before finalizing their purchase.
2. Errors or Defects
If we make a mistake in the production of your custom orders, like sending the wrong design, incorrect customization, or a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the issue
A description of the error
Your order number
We will review the claim and provide a replacement if the mistake is verified.
3. Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Since every order is uniquely crafted for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:
Incorrect selections made by the customer (size, color, customization, etc.)
Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
