• We use AI to transform uploaded images into caricatures placed on sports bodies.
• Due to the nature of AI-generated designs, we do not guarantee perfect accuracy in facial resemblance, expressions, or features.
• All sales are final once an order is placed—no changes, edits, or modifications can be made after checkout.
1.2 Image Uploads & Responsibility
You are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality images. By uploading an image, you confirm that:
• You have the legal right to use the image.
• The person in the image has consented to its use.
• If the image contains a minor (under 18 years old), you have obtained explicit consent from their parent or legal guardian.
• The image does not contain copyrighted material owned by third parties.
We reserve the right to reject any images that are offensive, inappropriate, or violate any laws.
2. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
2.1 No Refunds or Returns
• All sales are final. Each item is custom-made and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.
• If your item is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess possible solutions.

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production begins immediately.
3. AI & Digital Artwork Disclaimer

• We do not create custom designs featuring copyrighted team logos, brand names, or professional sports teams.
• If you upload an image with copyrighted material, your order may be rejected or modified to comply with laws.
5. Image Usage & Privacy
5.1 Consent to Use Images
• By uploading an image, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for creating your custom T-shirt.

6. Shipping & Delivery
